Taking as his starting point historic buildings and sites steeped in meaning, Prost seeks a new purpose for them that does not undermine the place\u2019s identity or heritage value.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Particular attention is thus paid to environmental sensitivity, in an act of continuous understanding and adaptation to the transformations of the landscape. The ecological challenge is addressed through an in-depth study of materials and innovative construction<\/p>\n\n\n\n
techniques, which demonstrate the existence of a synergy between engineering and architecture that is constantly focused on reuse and resource efficiency.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
